Steak And Shrimp

This Steak and Shrimp dish pairs juicy, grilled steak with succulent shrimp for a flavorful, protein-packed meal perfect for any occasion.

  • 12 oz sirloin steak
  • 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place steak on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  5. While steak cooks, add shrimp to grill or skillet and cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  6. Remove steak and shrimp from heat. Let steak rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Top shrimp with butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
  8. Slice steak against the grain and arrange with shrimp on a serving plate.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.
