  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until smooth and well combined.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour a small spoonful of melted chocolate into each paper liner to cover the bottom.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for 10 minutes to set the chocolate.
  6. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture over the chilled chocolate layer in each cup.
  7. Top each with remaining melted chocolate, ensuring the peanut butter layer is completely covered.
  8. Freeze again for at least 20 minutes until fully set.
  9. Remove from freezer, peel off liners, and serve chilled.

Notes

For a crunchy twist, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top before the final freezing step.
