Lemon Pepper wings

Crispy and flavorful Lemon Pepper Wings are a perfect blend of zesty lemon and bold black pepper, making for an irresistible appetizer or snack.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking, watching carefully to avoid burning.
