Crispy and savory keto-friendly cottage cheese chips perfect for a low-carb snack or appetizer. These baked chips deliver protein-packed crunch with minimal carbs.

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes to slightly thicken.
  4. Spoon small tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart and flattening each slightly with the back of the spoon to form thin rounds.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chips are golden brown and crisp around the edges.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet; chips will continue to crisp as they cool.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
