Gluten Free Chicken Tenders

Crispy and tender gluten free chicken tenders that are perfect for a quick, healthy meal or snack, coated with a flavorful blend of gluten free ingredients.

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Cooking oil (such as olive oil or avocado oil) for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix gluten free flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. In a third bowl, combine gluten free breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese if using.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake the tenders in a 400°F oven for 15-20 minutes after frying or use an air fryer for a healthier option.
