  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush each chicken breast with olive oil, then coat evenly with the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
