These Energy Balls are a quick, no-bake snack packed with natural ingredients to boost your energy and satisfy your hunger anytime.

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, ground flaxseed, and salt.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is sticky and well combined.
  4. Stir in the mini dark chocolate chips evenly.
  5. Using your hands or a small scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  6. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to firm up.
