Dates Cream Cheese Pistachio Honey

Freshly prepared Dates stuffed with Cream Cheese, Pistachios, and drizzled Honey

A deliciously rich and naturally sweet treat featuring creamy cheese, crunchy pistachios, and luscious honey wrapped in tender dates—perfect for a healthy snack or elegant appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Slice each date lengthwise on one side and remove the pit if not already pitted.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt until smooth.
  3. Fill each date with about one teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top of the cream cheese filling.
  5. Drizzle honey over the stuffed dates for added sweetness.
  6. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes for a firmer texture.

Notes

For an extra touch, try adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few flakes of sea salt on top before serving.
