Crispy Chicken Tenders with Dipping Sauce

These crispy chicken tenders are perfectly golden and tender inside, served with a flavorful dipping sauce that enhances every bite.

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip into the eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to make the dipping sauce.
  7. Serve the crispy chicken tenders hot with the dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

For extra crispiness, double-dip the chicken tenders by repeating the egg and breadcrumb coating before frying.
