Deliciously savory and cheesy, these Cream Cheese Sausage Balls are perfect bite-sized appetizers that combine sausage, cream cheese, and cheddar for an irresistible treat.

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, raw
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the raw breakfast sausage and softened cream cheese. Mix until fully blended.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese, Bisquick baking mix, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using). Mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet, spacing evenly.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until sausage is fully cooked and the balls are golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes
