  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed to ensure even mixing.
  3. If desired, add cocoa powder and blend again until fully incorporated.
  4. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with chopped peanuts or a drizzle of honey.

Notes
