Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the cottage cheese, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon to the mug and mix well until the batter is combined.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and softened cream cheese to form the cinnamon roll swirl mixture.
