  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Spread the chocolate yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut over the top evenly.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely firm.
  6. Break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
