Chicken Salad Chick Grape Salad

A refreshing and creamy grape salad featuring sweet grapes, cream cheese, and a crunchy pecan topping, perfect for a light dessert or side dish.

  • 4 cups seedless green grapes, washed and halved
  • 4 cups seedless red grapes, washed and halved
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the halved green and red grapes to the cream cheese mixture and gently fold to coat all the grapes evenly.
  3. Transfer the grape salad mixture to a serving dish and spread evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the pecans are evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the pecan topping evenly over the grape mixture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate the grape salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld and topping to set.
  7. Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish or light dessert.

Notes

For extra texture, try adding mini marshmallows or substituting walnuts for pecans based on your preference.
