- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- If desired, fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
- Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and slightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
