Brie Cheese Wheel with Rosemary Wreath

  • 2 cups fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: assorted crackers and fresh fruit for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie cheese wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, honey, sea salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush half of the olive oil mixture evenly over the Brie wheel.
  5. Arrange rosemary sprigs around the Brie forming a wreath shape on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush the remaining olive oil mixture over the rosemary sprigs to infuse flavor.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the Brie is soft but not melted.
  8. Remove from oven and transfer the cheese wheel to a serving plate, keeping the rosemary wreath around it.
  9. Serve warm with assorted crackers and fresh fruit if desired.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle additional honey over the Brie before serving to enhance sweetness and complement the rosemary aroma.
