Berry Spinach Smoothie

A refreshing and nutritious Berry Spinach Smoothie packed with antioxidants and vitamins, perfect for a quick breakfast or healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fresh spinach and berries thoroughly.
  2. Add the spinach, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and banana to a blender.
  3. Pour in the almond milk and add honey or maple syrup if using for added sweetness.
  4. Add ice cubes to the blender to chill the smoothie.
  5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately for the best flavor and freshness.

Notes

For an extra boost of protein, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or a tablespoon of chia seeds.
