  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix Caesar dressing, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over them. Rub to coat evenly and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Pour the creamy Parmesan sauce evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the sauce is bubbling and golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if using, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with roasted vegetables or garlic bread. You can also add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes for a slight kick.
