  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
  5. Place the seared chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the creamy Parmesan mixture evenly over the chicken.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbling.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or over a bed of pasta for a complete meal. For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for 2 minutes at the end of baking.
