Delight in these crispy, golden Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs filled with tender cinnamon-spiced apples—a quick and irresistible dessert perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cook for 5 minutes until apples are tender. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place about 1 tablespoon of the apple mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, enclosing the filling securely.
  5. Brush each roll with beaten egg to help them brown.
  6. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, seam side down. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce for an extra indulgent treat.
